Leading the Way in Packaged, Liquid Dessicant HVAC Solutions
Mojave is redefining HVAC with a focus on sustainability and flexibility. Mojave’s innovative ArctiDry product is a next-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner and dehumidifier that can reach dewpoints as low as 35°F, without the need for reheat. It also has the ability to operate in heat pump mode as low as 10°F ambient, with supplemental heating options, including gas, electric, and hot water. AcrtiDry installs like conventional packaged HVAC equipment and is easy to operate and maintain.
ArctiDry liquid desiccant technology:
- Reduces Energy Usage – At more than double the Department of Energy (DOE) standard of 3.8 lb/kWh, required as of May 1, 2024, Arctidry is twice as efficient as conventional Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS).
- Reduces Costs – Efficiency is translated into real operating savings and at prices competitive with conventional DOAS equipment used today.
- Unlocks Greater Control – Desiccant technology allows for independent control of dew point and temperature, driving building-wide energy savings by raising chiller temperatures or running dry coils.
